New Years Eve Special!
Something special to enjoy New Years Eve, choose from either a classic beef Wellington with a mushroom sauce or salmon en croute with a leek and watercress sauce, served with parmentier potatoes, honey glazed carrots and french beans. For dessert either a decadent white chocolate cheesecake with fresh raspberries or zesty lemon tart. Both the Wellington and Salmon come prepared and ready to place in the oven, the potatoes are par-boiled and again just need to be put in the oven to finish (cooking instructions provided). Price shown is per person. Minimum of 4 people.
