Braised pork - lightly spiced

This pork dish is lightly spiced with five-spice, ginger, chilli, star anise amongst others but is not 'hot' at all and suitable for all the family.   Braised in the oven for 2 hours and easily reheated in the microwave or on the hob.  Goes well with rice, couscous or quinoa.
